Brush Like a Dentist

Proper Brushing Technique
Hold your toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to your gums. Use short, gentle strokes, brushing the outer surfaces, inner surfaces, and chewing surfaces of every tooth. Don't forget to brush your tongue to help remove bacteria and freshen breath.

Dental Home Care
Brush at least twice a day for two minutes each time, and floss daily to remove plaque between teeth where a toothbrush can't reach.
