Pat Schudy #7C Midget Class
This past friday night at Macon Speedway in Lincoln, IL we had another fun filled night. Pat started in 4th position in the A heat and finished in 5th. B heat started 3rd position and we were running strong. On the 5th lap Pat was running high and had to drop low to avoid a wreck on the track. One of the other race cars coming up on Pat from behind did not see the caution flag and ran over the car. This caused alot of damage to the car and ended our night of racing.
Late into the night the car was prepped for Saturdays race. The car got a new front end. Had to replace front axle, header and brake lines. Repairs were extensive but we were able to get the car up and running for the next race.

Saturday we raced in Lincoln, IL at the Lincoln Speedway. Pat started 4th in the A heat and finished 6th. In the B heat we started in 7th position and finished 10th. With all the repairs from the wreck the night before the car just was not running right. With the new header it just seemed to have lost alot of power and its performance suffered.
Next race will be September 3rd in Sweet Springs, MO.
